1 反应釜试验 Autoclave test


依据:作业方规定、ASTM G111、SY/T5273等


Standard:Operatorspecified, ASTM G111, SY/T 5273, etc


目的:获得缓蚀剂质量的基本情况


Purpose:CI qualification - Base case


优点:可模拟现场腐蚀性气体分压(H2S、CO2)、温度、水化学,也包括预分配性试验


Advantages:Testing includes field partial pressure, H2S/CO2, temperature, water chemistry, pre-partitioning can be included


局限性:没有明确规定的壁面剪切力,需要根据具体情况进行调整。ASTM指南的指导性有限


Limits:No specified shear stress, adjustment required for specific conditions. ASTM guidance is limited.


2 静态试验 Static test


依据:ASTM G31、JB/T 7901


Standard:ASTM G31, JB/T 7901


目的:与反应釜实验相似,但仅限低压使用


Purpose:Set up in line with autoclave(low pressure only)


优点:反应全面腐蚀性能,也可以用于缓蚀剂试验


Advantages: Generic corrosion performance, set up can also be used for CI testing;


局限性:并非特定用于缓蚀剂评价与复杂的预分配性试验


Limits: Not specific to CI evaluation, complicated pre-partitioning 


3 流动试验 Flow tests


依据:ASTM G170


Standard: ASTM G170


目的:流动测试概述


Purpose: Overvies of flow testing


优点:提供了一些试验结构框架


Advantages: Give some structure


局限性:不完整、缺少流动环路试验


Limits: Not complete and misses flow loop test 


4 冲击溅射试验 Jet Impingement(JI)


依据:ASTM G170,ASTM G208


Standard:ASTM G170, ASTM G208


目的:流动影响测试、分级、预筛选


Purpose:Testing of flow impact, ranking, pre-selection


优点:高剪切力、相对便宜(测试费)、快速出结果


Advantages:High shear, relative cheap, fast results


局限性:不可控剪切力、与实际情况没有明确的关联


Limits: Uncontrolled shear, unclear correlation with reality 


5 旋转笼Rotating cage(RC)


依据:ASTM G184、ASTM G202


Standard: ASTM G184, ASTM G202


目的:测试、分级、预筛选


Purpose: Testing, ranking, pre-selection


优点:简单、可分级、大表面


Advantages: Simple, ranking, large surface


局限性:反映的流动影响不具有代表性


Limits: Flow impact not representative 


6 旋转圆柱Rotating cylinder(RD)


依据:ASTM G185


Standard: ASTM G185


目的:动态缓蚀剂质量评价


Purpose:CI qualification for flow


优点:可以模拟现场流速和剪切力


Advantage: Mimic field velocity and wall shear stress


局限性:低于50Pa时可靠


Limits: Only reliable for relative low shear <50Pa


7 小瓶试验 Kettle/bubble test


依据:NACE 1D196


Standard: NACE 1D196


目的:测试、排序、预筛选


Purpose: testing, ranking, pre-selection


优点:简单、低成本


Advantage: simple, low cost


局限性:只适合常压CO2


Limits:only atmospheric CO2 


8 环路试验Flow loop(FL)


依据:作业方规定


Standard: Operator specified


目的:动态缓蚀剂质量评价


Purpose:CI qualification for flow


优点:高剪切力、最接近现场工况


Advantage: Most realistic field comparison can go to higher shear stress


局限性:贵、复杂、设备少


Limits: more expensive and complicated, limited availability 


9 分配性试验(与缓蚀剂质量相关的宽泛方法)


目的:反映生产工艺(采用LC-MS测试残余量)


Purpose: Indication of behavior in the process(residuals, LC-MS)


优点:是必要的,尤其是在条件改变后进行评估时(包括:时间或管道中含水率、盐度和持液率)


Advantage: necessary especially for evaluation of changing condition(over time or in a pipeline water rations, salinity and water hold up situations)


局限性:可靠性差


Limits:several methods not all reliable 


10 转轮试验Wheel test


依据:NACE 1D182


Standard: NACE 1D182


目的:测试、排序、预筛选


Purpose: testing, ranking, pre-selection


优点:简单、低成本


Advantage: simple, low cost


局限性:只适合常压CO2


Limits: only atmospheric CO2 


11 垢下腐蚀(LPR或沉积物)Under deposit in beaker with LPR


目的:垢下缓蚀剂测试


Purpose: CI testing for under deposit


优点:反映垢对缓蚀剂效果的影响,也与酸腐蚀有关


Advantage: indication of effect of specific deposits, also relevant for sour


局限性:相对性能、不准确


Limits: relative performance, not accurate 


12 在参考表面沉积一些特定颗粒的垢下腐蚀Under deposit, some grains at a reference surface


目的:垢下缓蚀剂测试


Purpose: CI testing for under deposit


优点:反映特定沉积物的影响,也与酸腐蚀有关


Advantage: indication of effect of specific deposits, also relevant for sour


局限性:相对性能、不准确


Limits: relative performance, not accurate 


13 焊缝腐蚀试验Preferential weld corrosion test


目的:在CO2腐蚀条件下,低镍焊缝的缓蚀剂质检


Purpose:low Ni weld for CI qualification in sweet conditions


优点:高压反应釜中或A依照STM G31开展测试,评价结果是可靠的


Advantage: in autoclave or ASTM G31, reliable for its purpose


局限性:复杂、贵


Limits:complicated and expensive 


14 缓蚀剂预膜测试Batch inhibition test


目的:缓蚀剂预膜质量持久性测试


Purpose: Batch inhibitor qualification persistency


优点:封闭的高压反应釜,在测试前用一定浓度的缓蚀剂浸渍和滴注试样


Advantage: closed autoclave with dip and drip of concentration CI application of specimen before testing


局限性:通常没有电化学评价


Limits: typically no electrochemical evaluation
