一、什么是“绿色钢铁”?

Green steel is environmentally friendly steel produced by reducing its carbon footprint as compared to the conventional steel-making process. The reduction in this footprint is obtained through the implementation of non-coal-based alternative technologies. In most cases, green steel production utilizes green hydrogen instead of coal and electricity generated from fossil-free sources.
二、Green Steel如何制造?
  1. 通过可再生能源电解制备绿氢;
  2. 使用绿氢对铁矿石直接还原获得铁;
  3. 使用可再生能源为动力源,在电弧炉内炼钢;
  4. 通过锻造、轧制等工艺得到最终的绿色钢铁。

备注:For this process to be entirely free from fossil fuels and condidered green steel, the rion ore in step two needs to be obtained using renewable energy.

三、Green Steel中有多少氢?

氢冶金(Hydrogen metallurgy)工艺中:
  • HyDR+melt工艺,氢含量在(1~2)wppm;
  • HPSR工艺,氢含量在(0.98±0.50)wppm;
与传统冶金工艺(conventional metallugical processes)相比,传统(BOF+VAD)真空处理工艺,氢含量(1~2)wppm。
氢冶金钢铁生产不会引入HE氢脆的风险。
